What is Click & Collect and how does it work?

Want to shop online but skip the courier? Click & Collect makes it easy. Order your South African favourites online and collect them from Something From Home in Browns Bay, Auckland.

How Click & Collect works

1. Shop online. Add your favourites to your cart. The Click & Collect card beside Add to Cart shows pickup availability and the current preparation estimate for your selected option.
2. Select pickup at checkout. Choose the Browns Bay collection option if it is available for your order, then complete your purchase.
3. Wait for your ready-to-collect email. Your order confirmation means we have received your order; it does not mean your order is ready. Please wait until we confirm that picking and packing are complete.
4. Collect during opening hours. Come into the shop, tell our team you are collecting an online order, and have your order number or confirmation email handy.

When will my order be ready?

Check the live pickup estimate on the product page and the information shown at checkout. We aim to prepare Click & Collect orders the same day wherever possible, but busy periods can take longer. Your ready-to-collect email is the signal to come in.
